In regard to the issue, would you please try the following troubleshooting guides to see if it works?
1. Confirm if the power supply of the car charger is always on. Plug it into the cigarette lighter. The light will flash if the supply is poor.
2. Take out of the SD card and unplug the power cable. Then take the dashcam indoors and charge it with a 5V/3A adapter and a MINI USB cable for an hour to see if it can be turned on.
3. Use a pin to reset the device directly. The reset hole is behind the camera.
4. Unplug the rear camera kit to see if the front camera works well.
Besides, please check if there is anything unusual with the USB port and the charging port.

Easy to install

It has a crystal clear video and looks awesome. You can view split screen or just the front or just the rear camera. It has those awesome backing lines to keep track of how close you are to an item and they are fully adjustable once you have the camera installed and in place. You can install the cameras where you want very easily. The rear camera can be installed inside the car or outside, which is pretty cool. You can not only record video but you can take still pictures as well, with full playback on the screen. Comes with a micro SD card and the directions and on screen settings menus are very easy to understand and intuitive. I would definitely recommend this product.

Very easy to install and makes your car look even better. The wide-angle camera allows you to see EVERYTHING when reversing, and its SUPER crisp HD will enable you to see everything. The super wide angle rear camera almost completely covers your blind spots, as well as increasing visibility in the dark slightly. The rearview display is crisp enough. Can display both front and rear cameras simultaneously! Records simultaneously, too. Would buy again!

Easy retrofit to bring an older car up to date

This camera and screen replaced my backup mirror almost seamlessly so it looks straight from the factory. I get the benefits of a backup cam (what I originally wanted), but in addition I get a front and rear security and accident camera system (what I didn't realize I wanted until after the install). The screen is very clear and bright, and because it's an IPS screen the viewing angle is quite good. The specs say professional installation is recommended but I was able to get this installed pretty easily - all the hardware is included.

I would definitely recommend this for its reliability and have upgraded to the newer model for our new family car. This company makes high value products in a sea of available dashcams

The unit also serves as a mirror you can switch for use with the camera and mirror with the touch of a button, the back camera does not need a separate power source, it plugs in to the mirror. The night vision is good, it gives you a good view of the back, more than the mirror. there is glare though in the sun, but you can turn the camera off anytime and use it as a normal mirror, I think it still records. overall its a very good unit with a easy to use touchscreen, you can disable audio as well. The thing is pretty amazing product.

I bought a hardwire kit separately, so that I don't have to use the cigarette outlet. Overall, a good dash cam for the price. I just wish the display was wider to cover my mirror fully because my old Lexus mirror is pretty wide. I like the rear view camera feature for parking as well. It’s come in handy.

Great looking and practical dashcam

The splitview feature is cool, the screen is very clear with a responsive touchscreen and many different settings. It's easy to navigate between screens by swiping and makes it convenient while driving. I set this with the rear camera inside instead of outside. It's also easy to check the previous videos and view them on-screen. Brightness is extremely convenient to adjust as well.
