Lost drone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont recommend it i flew mine couple of times and it was always flying away from me even if i had it to calibrated it again still was doing the same thing until i lost it in the bushes, i couldnt find it and i tried to reconnect it but didnt work. Dont waste your money buying this drone and the insurance will not cover the lost.

Great customer service and a good drone

As a new pilot, I had self-inflicted issues and Snaptain came through for me despite not needing to. The drone is easy to fly and pretty reliable. We try to fly it three or four times a week.

The camera works great and I love how you can control and move the camera during flight. Also snaptain provided excellent customer service when I needed it. Helpful and very prompt.

It has flown 4 times and every time has ended in the drone doing the “toilet bowl” uncontrollably and crashing hard into the ground. If you buy this drone consider it a donation of your hard earned money to SNAPTAIN and whoever sells this junk.

1. Calibrate the drone outdoors.
2. When calibrating the compass of the drone after starting up, try to calibrate it at a height of more than 1 meter from the ground, and do not put the drone near metal objects during the calibration process.

It got around 3 feet off the ground and it immediately crashed down, one of the propellers was smoking.

Ive had my SP7100 for about a year, and it has never failed me. Any issue i have had, Snaptain has been quick with responses and solved my problem! Strongly recommend purchasing their products!
