||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.After reading the instructions and watching tutorials on youtube we paired and calibrated the drone. The first time we flew the drone, in an open field, we raised it up flew it 20 feet away and attempted to bring the drone back towards us when it fell from the sky and crashed to the ground. We ran over to find the arm snapped and broke. We are in contact with Snaptain support to see if anything can be done. If not we lost all of our money as it is unflyable and they do not sell parts.

||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Great little drone for the price. It takes excellent quality pictures. The video is great too, but a little shaky because it has no gimbles. It bounces up and down a lot as you move forward. Set up is a little complicated, having to be calibrated before each use, but calibration becomes pretty routine after a few times. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery takes a long time to charge, and I cannot find a spare battery to purchase anywhere. I have searched the internet and have not found a compatible battery. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

- A:Answer Vantop used to sell the extra batteries. However, they are out of stock and don't have a date when batteries become available. I haven't checked in awhile, so I don't know the current availability. Goggle search batteries for this particular model. Also, check ebay from time to time. There are sellers known to sell batteries for various drones, including the Vantop series. Good luck!

- A:Answer To my knowledge the batteries are not sold anywhere except maybe used somewhere. As for the blades. They come with some and that is going to outlast the rest of it unless your lucky. Mine developed a bug and kept going into uncontrollable fast circles crashing. Broke an arm the last time but never a blade.
