I have more than one model of TomTom GPS. When I bought this product I thought it would work with only one of my devices. But the package clearly states that it is a 'UNIVERSAL USB CAR CHARGER' and also states 'Compatible with all USB, mini and micro USB mobile devices'. And it does work with all of my TomTom devices, even though it's listed here as 'for select TomTom devices'.

I had just left for a 14 hour road trip and forgot my GPS charger. I was in panic mode when I thought I would have to buy a new GPS because mine was older. Thankfully that was not the case and a whole $13 made everything better. Comes with two different cords, assuming it depends on which model you have but it worked great!

Allows for charging in car or computer. Worked on older Tom Tom GPS when original charger broke while I was on the road. A real life saver for me. Very reasonably priced as well.

well cheap usb charging option for any electronic device you need to charge on the go. Ran in to Silverdale Best Buy and couldn't find a car charger for under 25 dollars, walked over to the Mobile audio/electronics department and found this guy for 7 dollars as an open box item. Had my usb cable for my phone in the car, was able to make the road trip with a charged phone, and still have money for lunch, bridge toll, and top off the tank. feels cheap but for 7 dollars retail, what do you expect, one of the better alternatives to a fancy branded car charger made specifically for your phone

You don't have to be any Einstein to use this reasonably priced charger. I recommend this charger because it's economically priced and it works great!

This charger was a real help to us. We needed it to download new upgraded GPS maps to our car, and this was the perfect item. It was inexpensive, and really easy to use even for great-grandparents like us! Thanks, Best Buy staff, for being so helpful to us. You were able to point out this item to us in 2 minutes, and it took us no time to get updated. Excellent product and excellent service.

bought this because my new car does not have cigarette lighter space for my old charger. only has the small USB plug. works great. very pleased with purchase.

I broke the vehicle charger for my tomtom 1535 and needed a replacement. Before I purchased this I tried non-tomtom branded cables and vehicle chargers which did not work at all. This worked perfect. I put it to the test by using it everyday for 12+ hours a day for 17 days on a road trip. Good price and works as advertised.

My original charger for my Tom Tom was broken. We bought it at a Best Buy in NC, and not wanting to go all the way back to the coast, we went into the local Best Buy here in Greenville, SC. They had a generic brand that worked perfectly. No complaints from this customer. And the people are really nice, helpful and friendly.

I needed to replace my charging cable for my TomTom and didn't know what to expect for price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product was even cheaper than the Best Buy house brand. I have discovered to that it is capable of charging my phone, ipod touch and ipad. Not bad for less than a $20 investment!!!

I was very sad that my GPS wasn't getting charged in my car 12 volt even though the charger I was using was showing power. Afraid I was in for a new GPS expense, I bought this car charger and BEHOLD.....my GPS now works perfectly. More cables than I need but maybe I'll use the extra cables one day.

I purchases the TomTom vehicle charger while on vacation to replace the original that broke. Best Buy was the first PLACE I thought of and I am glad I did. They had what I needed and the product worked. enjoyed exploring on my vacation

This certainly has made things so convenient in my vehicle. I can charge my Android while driving. Had a hard time finding one that would actually work for me, but Best Buy came through!

I had to buy a replacement power cord for my TomTom, since the other one somehow developed a split that caused it to lose power at times. This one works great, and comes with a separate USB car charger plug and charging wire, so the plug can be used to charge any USB device.

Imagine yourself lost and the charger to your Tom Tom (GPS) kind falls apart in the cigarette lighter... yes this cord works and works well (as did the maps I finally realized were in the car LOL)

The title is just a joke. This thing definitely beliefs in Direct Current. Plug and play. Works great and looks like it will hold up well. Plus, I now have a second USB outlet in my car.

I have a Garmin with lifetime map updates; this worked great to connect my Garmin to my PC to update the latest maps. Also has an adapter to use in your car. Very reasonably priced, too.
