I have used these dvds for years and never had any real issues i find them to work about 99% but also say i had that with other brands so i mostly just go after the better sale price between sony or these and recently been using the HP brand with same results for a few dollars less so its all about if you care about name brand or if you care how the dvd looks ... for long term i think the are all about the same

When on sale these are a excellent item to pick up, while I would suggest waiting till they go on sale, they will hold all your memory needs.

These are always great performers. They are a bit pricey and there are cheaper ones that perform as well for me but if you are looking for one you know you can trust go with these until you try some others out. If you can pick these up on sale for about 25 cents a disk go for it.

If you want the best quality movies saved on a disk, these verbatims are the ones to use. This is a good price for them also. I don't use anything else except maybe Taiyo Yudens. It's good to see Bestbuy offering the better quality dvd disks now.

A reliable product. No issues with "coasters" or bad data playback. I expect these discs to be reliable for long tern data storage/back up as well as for distribution.

Great product and even better when on sale. Use for movies and large picture files. Plays on all olayers

Excellent quality, no bad burns, all discs worked flawlessly. Performs much better than higher priced "bog brand" names

They are DVDs what more can i say..................

I don't know why but for some reason I tried to put a dvd on one of these discs and it wouldnt work in my dvd player

prefer verbatim digital movie dvd+r no coasters yet

I've burned 5 of this Verbatim DVDs but when I tried to play them on my DVD and the PS3, none of the DVDs worked. I've spent hours trying to figure out if it's an issue with the software or the burner, 2 days ago I burned a Philips DVD and worked great, now I've tried with one of my last Sony DVD-DL and it works perfect. Maybe I was so unlucky to get a BAD quality batch, but will never buy Verbatim products again.
