I am taking all my Home movie VHS tape and copying them on to DVDs. So far I have done about 100 disks some copy's some writing files. I have not lead any problems with any of the disks. For the price this is not a bad deal.

I do a ton of disc burning at work and I needed some affordable DVD-Rs. I ran out of discs one day and couldn't wait for an online order. So I ran to the store and picked these up. So far I haven't had a bad burn. Excellent.

Never ever had a disc problem with any of the verbatim brand dvds or blu rays DL or single layer or CD-rs and ive made hundreds of each type and thousands of cd-rs. No issues at all good price and great QC.
This review is from Verbatim - Life Series 16x DVD-R Discs - Multicolor

Haven't used these yet, but I'm sure they are fine. Have used Verbatim in the past with good results. If you are patient and wait long enough, Best Buy will put something on sale that truly is a "Best Buy". If you go in and just grab something off the shelf, it won't be (most of the time). I would like to see lower printer ink prices.

I love the DVDs I get from Best Buy, because there are the best in quality. I never have any problems with them , like I do with the rest. So, if you looking for great DVDs to record on these are the best.

The Verbatim - Life Series 16x DVD-R Discs (50-Pack) is affordable, dependable and long lasting. 120-minute recording capacity. Compatible to be read on most DVD-ROM drives and video players.

I have always used Sony, but they do not seem to be as good as they used to be. This was my first use of Verbatim and I was pleasantly surprised how good they are. I'm very pleased with them.

I wasn't sure if such a lower priced item would work well. I have used blank DVDs in the past that became drink coasters. I have used a dozen of these so far and they work without a hitch.

I looked around to make sure these DVDs would work with the Toshiba DVR 620KU I recently purchased. The saleman in the store carefully looked up my machine and the DVDs to ensure they were compatible and would allow the DVDs to be read by both computer and regular DVD player. The cables were are inexpensive and work fine.

I wasted money on a cheaper brand only to have most fail - not good when you're trying to protect data. Verbatim's have been reliable and consistent, will only get verbatim in the future

The package of DVds that I purchased at Best Buy worked great to transfer my VHS tapes to DVD on my new Toshiba VHS to DVD recorder. No problems recording or playing on multiple DVD players.

Verbatim dvds never have failed me yet. I've used other brands and I always had a few discs that ended up burning bad, but I don't ever remember having a bad burn with a Verbatim disc.

These dvd disks have been ideal for data backups. They have come in very handy when around 4GB of long term storage was needed. I would buy again when running out of them.

We record all the movies and shows to watc at our summer camp as we don't have cable there and our reception on the television is not the greatest so we need to use a reliable DVD.

I've purchased SEVERAL 50 packs of Verbatim discs over the years and I've never had a problem with them. No disc errors, no manufacturer defects, no problems at all.

I've used this blank media several times to store various types of data and the discs I've burned work across various platforms just the way they're supposed to.

Some disks can be finicky with the video DVD recorders. These work for my Magnavox DVD recorder and VHS combo. And it's great that Best Buy runs sales on 'em!
