Retuned 2 of these both said they were not activated!! I even made an appointment with geek squad, they told me it was ready to go, just had to go to Verizon. Went to Verizon they want nothing to do with these!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME On this!!!

Does not always pick up internet, service goes really weak at important times.

I've had to return these a couple times because the division or company that Verizon uses to program these doesn't properly release the devices in their system. Very disappointed!

The item did work but getting it to work was a pain. I ended up having to call verizon themselves to get a new number and get it set up correctly. I also wish it was a little easier to reactivate if you let it run out. I was hoping to only use it during trips with long drives.

The product is reliable, efficient and easily mobile.

Sometimes works ok but 5g has trouble connecting to some devices battery last quite a long time but internet is simlar to that of a phone hotspot

This product eventually worked exactly as intended, but it took many days of frustration, pointless phone calls (being bounced around voice prompt answering systems) and driving back and forth between Best Buy and Verizon. Turns out Best Buy sold me expired minutes. I’m still recommending the product because it is very affordable and eventually worked. Just expect problems and delays, have a plan to manage your rage.

awesome device! I purchased it to use on a long distance trip and it was great! I was able to connect my phone and Ipad to wifi during my travel with no issues! defiantly a must get!!!

Works great for when on the go and camping never lets me down

Bought it and it was locked. Took it back to the store and they could not unlock it. Refunded all my money.

So glad I purchased this. I work at home and this is a life saver anytime there is an internet outage in the area. It works great and is very easy to set up.

works flawless greatspeed lightweight defininetly a great value i take it where i need to go just put it in my pocket the battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly

After purchasing a Verizon data plan, the hotspot work well. I used the hotspot to connect a radon monitor in a remote location.

We purchased because we need something everyone can use when we are processing square orders once per year. This worked great.

This work really good when I'm out camping and fishing I can now stay in touch with families while the phone service isn't that's good

Love it. My son used it to travel cross country not once did he complain about the hot spot..AND do Easy to set up.

I was not able to use this item the registration process was very difficult and when I got an error message I contacted the support number for Verizon for assistance and they said I need to go back to the store for assistance. I did go back to the store only fot my refund.

Useless garbage that neither best buy nor Verizon could activate

I am still working on getting this set-up, but I am encouraged that it will help me with my office counseling practice.
