It works okay once it gets activated. The process to get activated was really a pain. Other than over heating issue, it works okay.

Every time I use this hotspot it works good. So, I have no complaints. It does what its supposed to do!

Do not buy! I brought 25GB, used less than 2GB on my first day. 2nd day there was an update that left me with ONLY 3.71GB. I prepaid $60 dollars and was only able to get 2 days worth of work due to the update sucking up all my data. Thats $30 dollars per day! I am not a verizon customer, I only bought this device for vacation.

This Verizon hotspot was purchased for a weekend Girl Scout camping trip with a few adults out in the woods. The entire troop used the hot spot during downtime sessions to communicate to parents and to watch videos. It was a lifesaver and it did not miss a beat!

Handy little device. My friends appreciate it too. Great for when your iPad or tablet doesn't have mobile capabilities on the go. The monthly service is a bit pricey. And no 5G capabilities.

Would have received 0 stars if possible. The device never connected to the network, and after several help calls and trying to self resolve, had to return it.

This product did not work. I went back to exchange it for another device and was told that I had to receive a refund due to it being a defective product.

Had to leave for emergency travel and needed to ensure internet svc; Tommy at Bestbuy @Woodmore was excellent in knowledge of the device and set-up..Tommy was a true blessing! Top notch professional service..

The Verizon hotspot worked well for my needs which is generally when my home internet is down or I'm traveling. I was able to connect my own devices as well as my kids' so no issues with connectivity. Overall would recommend.
