I bought this so that my daughter can have internet for her tablet in the car and other places when we're traveling long distance, etc. The data goes reallyyyyyy fast. I can do the same thing on my phone and use half the data as this. Also, if you do not turn it off, it will still use data, even if she's not using the tablet. I can never get the data usage to show on the actual device either. It always says unavailable.

Great hot spot, easy to set up, works great, nice and small

I was impressed with the battery power of this mifi puck and also its ability to pick up a signal in an area that normally has difficult 4G reception. Also, the little screen, (which I think is a small OLED display?) is kinda impressive. Very easy to read and the functionality is easy to pick up. The only problem is sometimes I noticed it was not connected to the network and didn't seem to be trying to connect. I could only fix it by turning it off and restarting.

ive replaced this unit 3 times. its just faulty and outdated. when it wants to work it works great but right when i need it the battery dies or it will just shut down or reset...sad plus its not cheap 49.99 plus 19.99 min per month.

Good product but was a little bummed by the length of the battery life. All in all, a good product. Does what it is intended to do and the prepay option is great for my travel needs.

Just recently purchased and very pleased. Small and reliable with Verizon's network. Pay as you go with a top carrier with no contract works for me.

I purchased the Hotspot and had no problems with connectivity, I would recommend this model. The only issue I had was the high cost for GB.

Usually good connectivity. The only thing wrong is i was never able to check my usage even though there was a setting to do so.

I am an OTR truck driver and was disappointed that I had to return my first purchase. However the new Hotspot is working great

This hotspot has excellent coverage and easy to use once it is set up. However it uses a prepaid service and that process is not easy. You have to buy the data plan then call and have verizon push it out. This process is timely.

Excellent & reliable hotspot, even worked well on the road in a rental car as it maintained good signal & connectivity. It is a bit expensive for downloading large media files or streaming however works fantastically.

I needed to get a portable internet hot spot for broadcasting semi-pro football. However, I did not want to have to pay for a contract. This was a great way to do that. I can prepay for data and by doing audio broadcasting only, it kept the data usage at a minimum. :)

This product works excellent. I bought it to use with my computer when I am at school, best decision I could have made.

Considering the distance from civilization and the installation environment (all steel barn working with a remote camera), it was pretty good. Had to be reset daily.

Store manager Mike Todd helped me make a decision as to best internet option for me! I got a pre-paid plan and the jetpack. Best thing I ever did!!! Now I control internet without it controlling me!!!! Can have internet anytime, anywhere without committing to a contract!!! Awesome!

The device itself works really well. You register it through Verizon's web site, either enter a pre-paid wireless code or sign up for a service plan, and off you go. It doesn't take much configuration and it gives off a nice, strong wireless signal. The Verizon wireless service that you need to use the hot spot is insanely expensive, however. $60 for 3 GB and any unused data expires at the end of 30 days. It's like the worst pre-paid phone contract imaginable. I believe they have a term plan, but it isn't much cheaper and you're locked in.

Fast connection, informative data screen, small, discrete, long battery life, nice finish and feel to this little guy. Worked great for my needs which was having a Wifi signal outside in the middle of nowhere. Gotta love technology when it works.

It's great. I didn't realize you need to turn off when not in use, or it will eat up your time.
