I purchased this item prior to a family trip to ensure we could watch TV and surf the web. We never lost signal on a 15 hour trip!!

Bought the Ellipsis Jetpack while moving because of the wife's job, could not be without internet connection. The process is simple and quick to set up. If the Best Buy representative had known what he was talking about, I would have had a 5 star experience!

Although somewhat expensive, it is useful when really needed, set easy and activation ok. Great price too at ten bucks! Bought it during black Friday!

I was having internet issues and working from home needed a solution quick. Got the mobile hotspot rather than sit at a Starbucks. Well worth the money and not having to be under contract even better.

OK for regular i.e. Uses too many gigs for videos.

The Verizon Ellipsis mobile hot spot device works great. There is a fast internet connection with no problems and works almost everywhere. Great product for the money.

I purchased this to have it internet while traveling. I have used it about five times and each time it has worked perfectly. Easy to reload and customer service is great as well should you need to call them

battery life is good but not great.. I used it to drive 5 devices at once. Verizon signal is good but not the fastest.. I feel ATT is faster. but I won't knock it product because of the network. uses micro usb to charge, it doesn't have a removable battery like the older hotspots and thats ok. the sleek design of this unit is great because I can easily tote it in my pocket.

I am not using this frequently , but only 4-5 times in a month and all the time this awesome.

I bought this item for work purposes and it does have very strong signal in a lot of off the beaten path areas. It did everything that I needed it for.

Nice device overall. The setup was a little more difficult than I expected, but worked well once I got it set up. Will keep using this device on travel.

Got this for my mother in law due to her being hit by tornado the Internet lines were down so I got her a hotspot.

my home internet was broken for 4 days just during the time, I was about to take my nursing state board exam. I needed internet as fast, as possible. This thing saved me! I was using my computer for 16 hours a day at home, in train, in school, everywhere....I passed!!! Thank you. recommend it to everyone!

If I can get a cell signal , I can have internet access on my tab. Play a game, do a little research, Skype, I can do it almost anywhere , anytime.

I use this for my students to have access to the internet. Verizon is the only one with a reliable connection everywhere my students go.

Works well and was easy to set up! Love that I can buy data with the online account and set up auto renewal. Takes about 2 minutes to fully boot before you can connect to the wifi.

It works well, good connections. It's good for when there is no WiFi available or network privacy is required. Battery life is short. A prepaid function has very limited plans designed to force one into a contract plan. Also, you can't reload minutes online you have to call customer service. Will continue to use, but will most likely sign up fo Comcast WiFi.

I had a different version of this same product then bought this. I like this one better since it has a led light that blinks saying its on

Best Buy sales person recommended it. I recommend purchasing large card as the price for data is less.

I finally purchased my own wifi Hotspot rather than using free public wifi at coffee shops and other places. I figure that using my own encrypted network which is really over the cell phone network is much safer than using unencrypted public wifi. You never know who is sniffing out the public wifi and watching and maybe recording everything you do. I feel much safer now. And I liked the Verizon cards because they are good for 60 days and most other providers only provide 30 days of usage before they expire.
