I studied several different phones from multiple companies prior to purchasing this one. I narrowed it down to 2 . Further research convinced me to purchase this phone and I have not been sorry. It works great including the 4G. Very happy with this phone and I am picky when it comes to a phone as I use it for my business.

This phone works very well.The screen is a good size and functions as it should.It is easy to put funds in the account.Happy with this one.

my daughter dropped her Iphone in water. i needed a phone quickly while we waited (and hoped) the iphone would eventually work. it did dry out and is functional. she is still using this phone and is in no hurry to switch back. i think that says alot.

Yes I love my HTC Desire 526 4G LTE. Big screen and easy to learn the basics. it wasn't pre-loaded with a lot of useless items.

I just upgraded to a smartphone with the HTC. It is easy to use and I would recommend it to all first time smartphone users.

This phone worked well for me. It does great photos and has nice features...my only wish would be more storage.

Switched from Virgin for the network and I'm happy with the network and the phone. Be warned, because this is a pay as you go phone, there is no lost or stolen insurance coverage. I found out after loosing the phone, but I like the performance enough to just buy another phone to replace it.

This phone is a good budget phone and has a decent battery

The product we purchased from Best Buy was exactly what I needed. One of the store associates helped me find this product for my child for Christmas. I told him what I was looking for and he found me more than what I needed in a timely fashion. I would like to say Best Buy is one of the greatest places to shop for electronics.

Great simple phone. I've dropped it many times with no damage. It lacks the new features a lot of more expensive phones have. If you want a simple and reliable phone, it's for you. If you want all the bells and whistles of the newer phones, I'd pass.

I needed to upgrade my smartphone and didn't want to spend a fortune doing so. I've always heard good things about HTC products so I gave this a try. It works well and seems very capable.Only one negative comment, you can't install a micro-SD to expand the storage. I knew that before I bought it though, so no biggie.

It's has the barebones for a phone and is the closest thing a current day smartphone.

Loved that I can get my elderly father a smartphone for low usage and not pay for a plan with high data usage. This works well for someone who uses a few apps and talks and texts very little.

Got this for my dad....he is 80....and had a flip phone for years! He is having some issues getting used to it...but...that was a given! haha The contacts button is very touchy...so you do end up calling the last person you called, A LOT, by accident. Other than that...so far so good. He is happy...and gettin used to it. Sooo..if a 80 year old can use this...everyone can! haha

My all time favorite phone. HTC never seems to amaze me.
