Bought the phone for my 15 year old and he seems to like it. He says he likes the size and shape. Its a little bigger than the last one he had which was an LG and he's happy about that. It has all the Android features he wants in a phone. So, so far so good.

When Getting, A phone call VOLUME very,, Low Had To Use A Tooth Brush to Clean speakers,, & set Volume Buttons. Off then on to Get Volume, to Normal Sound, But OK Now,,,

Great midrange phone. Enough space space for updates as well as expandable memory. Bought for my kids. No issues.

The camera is decent. Overall, the phone could be better.

The phone itself is not to bad. However you have to have the Verizon pre-paid service for at least 6 months in order to use it with an actual plan, so that was disappointing.

I have a prepaid Verizon acct. and this phone provides great upgrade from my Moto G. Better camera, bigger screen, pretty seamless transition from last phone. Also 4G instead of 3G network. Macro and pan options features nice. Also speakers mounted on front of phone work good. Only criticism is the volume control under the off on switch. Wish it were in reverse. Also, bought 64 gig card for additional memory, 8gig internal, don't know if I need or not, but there is a slot available which is cool. Will prob point all photos to card instead of taking up internal memory.

Great phone for the price point. We replace a Motto G (1st g) after 17 months because of battery issues. We have been using this phone for 1 week. Overall performance and features are outstanding because of Lollipop. Love the customization and ease of use...seamless. The camera is a leap forward.

Will keep as long as I can. No issues. HTC is a good brand and I definitely recommend it.

I purchased myself and my wife both this phone my phone did fine, my wife's phone every time you call her there's a echo you hear your voice echoing back to you, very annoying I ended up buying an iPhone and giving my wife my phone

I guess I got what I paid for. Won't send out videos, terrible picture quality, on/off switch in bad location. Don't purchase this phone.

Sleek design and feels good in the hand even though the device is made of plastic. Fast and responsive. Device is running a very good operating system Android 5.1 Lollipop. Camera seems really good as well. Only flaw is screen is not as vibrant as I would've liked but at this price point it's to be expected. Great phone!

We have had problems with this phone from the get go. Their apps want to override everything else. Notifications are spotty and text messages are missed because of it. We will never purchase another HTC phone again!
