A good price, but am not 'tech savy"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a great price on a Motorola MotoG4Smartphone (my first), but am not very 'tech savy' so was dismayed and upset that the "owner's manual" had so little information. It was assumed I had experience w it or Android OS. I had to download more help from a website, which ticked me off. Mnfctrs must assume that everyone is knowledgeable w all the latest computers and phones, which no longer have detailed instructions or guides! Also, had to return to B Buy to bother them about getting my account number!

Inadequate tutorial

With help and LOTS of time feel like I'm gaining ground. Don't like ring or notifications, very hard to hear. Have it set on vibrate and ring.

He missed his parts pocket and the phone went to the floor. Not sure whether I should expect the screen not cracked after such drop. So, deducted one star only.

Worth it!

A lot of apps cant be used without a work around for this new permission of overlay that it keeps asking to enable but doesn't enable any of it.
