The service and price of the phone and setup was great to give as a way to help a family member who was looking for a job and needed a phone. They did eventually break it, but that was more user fault. The reception though was great for what it is.

The Best Buy experience was very impressive. From ordering to support at the Best Buy Cell store. Excellent customer service. I cannot thank Jonathan at Town Center Mall store and the others there for their helpfulness. I would definitely order other products from Best Buy with confidence.

it is really a good phone for price. I have been pleased by the phone for the most part. Had to do a Factory Reset now am having problems with certain people not being able to call.

Got this for my son to stay in contact with me now that he is walking to school and it works great for that purpose. Rather slow to boot up but other than that it's a decent phone if you don't need or want all the bells and whistles.

We just walked in and didn't go through a prior online review as such. But the sales associate advised of the phone and my son is really loving to use the same. He has not complained of anything so far and you've all the features in this Moto Z as that of you find in an iPhone or Samsung.

For the price this phone is a real winner and I already loved Verizon wireless. The resolution of the 4G Play is awesome and it's easy to navigate. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the screen size should be larger.

Hard to find a 16GB prepaid phone especially while Android operating systems can be 5GB or more. This phone does not have a lot of bells and whistles (thus the 4 stars and not 5) but it is dependable and trustworthy.

Got this for a great price on Cyber Monday. Love the fact it will take up to a 256gb card so now this is my high capacity super smart mp3 player. You can do this by taking out the SIM card before powering it on. I'm sure this would make a great phone as well. Awesome.

I bought this phone for someone's first smart phone. It works well if not slightly slow compared to my S7 but a great choice for either an1st smartphone or for those who need a replacement handset not at full retail

I have had LG and Samsung phones before, but this one is the best I have had because of how fast it is, the display is crisp and clear, and it takes amazing photos.

This phone has 16 GB memory and runs Android 6.0 and 5 inch 720P screen. Very snappy and sleek. Great price as well. I'm using in the VR googles and it is able to play the VR apps and videos with no issues.

I like the phone. Works well, has flashlight which my last did not. I prefer the smaller size of my old phone. Pockets are not made for these, nor purse phone pockets. Good price when I bought it ($70).

This is a basic phone but so far a good one. If you need a cheap smart phone to make calls this is for you.

I got this phone for my mother for her 70th birthday. She enjoys the almost stock Android features and the always-on display. She loves taking photos of her garden. This phone suits her calling/texting/photo needs.

Spent 6+ hrs on both Verizon phone menus(5 dif numbers); the internet site; the app site; and 2 Wonderful live associates - ultimately could not get this phone functioning like my old Moto e... End agreement - old phn had better antenae - this moto g play - a pox where I am. Am in an extreme remote area - but have used Verizon for almost a decade - NO problems. Only service here. Thinking if one were closer to 'civilization' this would be a worthwhile purchase. Am sending back.

Finally was able to grab it with stand online price from best buy as they gave a deal. It is always good to purchased from them as I had better chance of return it if I'm not satisfied. But this worked well for me.

I bought this phone on black Friday for $37. wasn't able to transfer my Safelink ( Verizon/tracfone) service to this phone so I kept it as a gaming and music "tablet".
