I use this phone as a Volunteer Fireman. It has passed the test for me while being on Duty. Surprising it has seen rough Duty. All kinds of weather.

This Motorola Moto E4 is one of the best smartphones I've had for the price point. It's fast, it takes amazing photos and it has a flash on both rear and front facing. What I also appreciate about a Verizon prepaid phone like this one is beable to go from prepaid to contract or vice versa after owning the phone. I like that freedom to choose what I want to do without paying $100+ for a phone. Stat wise this cell can add more storage by adding a micro SD easily, and it has an Android 7+ for less than other phones that only have 5+.m Droid operating systems. The phone is fast to me. I use it for social media. Everything I do, I do while in the chrome app because I don't feel the need to have to download an app for every website when in chrome browser I can just switch to desktop view and zoom in/out or watch videos.

You would never know this is a "cheap" cell phone. It can compete with the "big" (priced) phones without getting a sweat. It's fast, battery lasts a full day, and the pictures are vibrant. The only down side is that the camera is not the greatest, but the sound is terrific. Plus, it fits into my hand with ease. I've been a Samsung fan for years, but sorry Samsung, I found another love.

Bought this phone for my middle school-er son. This will be his first phone to display his responsibility. I recommend others to also start with a prepaid phone to allow your child to understand how to handle and maintain a phone physically and with usage. The phone is fast enough. It lasts all day (so far). It is large enough, and it runs pure android (small perk for anyone who cares about such things) Lastly I don't care or expect this phone to be the best out of the box, I've already mentioned why I purchased this phone and I am happy with it, my son is happy and Verizon service has not let us down yet.

Motorola has really stepped up with their game. I used all generation of Moto E. And this is the best Moto E. Specially the screen size, which makes it feel like mid range phones... This is a tough competition for Moto G. You cant beat the price point. For just $70 a phone that has all the quality of premium phones. Just WoW!!!!

I didn’t use the phone for making a lot of calls. Primarily used for ridesharing. I liked it initially until it started slowing down. In terms of ease of use, it is pretty easy and a good phone for seniors and young children. I love my iPhone but having a secondary phone is essential at times. The phone is also pretty heavy and doesn’t feel too cheap. The camera is actually really really good! For the price, it was a good deal and I would definitely buy it again, but with a better RAM.

Like look & feel of phone. Does well connecting to varies sites and web surfing. Still learning phone. Had iPhone prior. Sound and picture quality great! Battery life above average. However, I have already used almost all my data storage downloading apps, etc...I did know this before buying phone. But, you can use card for added storage which i am learning about. Overall, I think it is great phone for the price.

The phone works great. My favorite features are the long battery life and the fingerprint scanner. The one flaw is that it kinda difficult to find a charger that will work with it. It seems that 95 % of the time, only the original charger will work

Quick Note: I didn't buy my Moto E4 from Best Buy. Got it from somewhere else. I say this because mine (also a Verizon Prepaid device) has the finger print sensor so im a little confused as to why the Best Buy website shows their Verizon Prepaid version without a finger print sensor. Anyways the Moto E4 is an awesome phone for the price point. And if you're coming from the Moto G4 Play then you will be very happy with this phone. In fact its basically an upgrade. Ive had the Moto E4 for a while and I totally love it. But the Moto E4 really surprised me. Now on the back of the box itll say 1.2GHZ quad core process but that's wrong. its actually a 1.4GHZ Snapdragon 425 processor (for all you tech savvy people out there) with 2GB of ram (1.8 of RAM in reality). AND it comes with Android 7.1.1. What budget phone of this price comes with Android 7.1.1? Most budget phones will still have Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. its insane. In terms of memory theres 16GB of space and about 9.33GB left to user out of the box as far as I know). the Moto E4 runs absolutely amazing. No crashes. VERY little lag if any at all. The 8MP rear and 5MP front cams are pretty much the same cams on the G4 Play phone. But the Moto E4 is much snappier and smoother experience. The battery which is the same as the G4 Play (2,800mAh) is MUCH better than the G4 Play. It SEEMS its much better anyways. it doesn't die anywhere near as fast as it did on the G4 Play. Oh and I LOVE that the battery percentage is on the right side of the battery this time and not inside the battery. That was annoying. Also another VERY nice surprise is that it has DUAL Wi-Fi bands (2.4/5.0). Are you serious? DUAL Wi-Fi on a $69 budget phone? That's rare and unheard of it. And its awesome. Also theres no LED light for missed texts or calls. Oh well its still an amazing phone. As for call quality? Yes unlike some people I LOVE talking on the phone and that's an important feature for me. I'm VERY happy to report the call quality is VERY good. 1-10? id say a solid 8-8.5 out of 10. I heard people very clearly. No distortion or any issues at all. Its SOMEWHAT tinny but not bad. Sounds great. Also the ear piece that also acts as a speaker for watching videos is very good also. At higher volumes it can distort a little but its not too bad. And the LTE signal is very strong in my experience unless you live in a bad coverage area. So far an amazing phone. Is the Moto E4 worth getting? 100% YES. Worth every penny I think.

My friends that have iPhone 5 & 6 are jealous. They can't believe it when I told them I paid only $39.99 & they paid hundreds of dollars for their phone. Lol the joke's on them! They now said they're going to Best Buy to buy one!

Over All 5 Stars!! Bought this phone to replace an old 8GB phone that was being used for over a year. One of the main attractive feature of this phone (Moto e4 ) is the Price (Moto e4 16GB version). For this price, this phone packs enough attributes to be considered for buying it (2GB RAM, expandable memory slot, front cam with selfie flash, great build and quality, latest Android version). Adding 32GB microsd card bumped the storage memory & made this phone even better.

Fast and truly all one needs. I really like the features and camera. Accessories are not available I'm store bit I found a case and screen protector online for cheap. Haven't had any problems. The phone works great and Android 7.1 is solid. Didn't trust ZTE and wanted to try something different from Samsung or apple. I would buy again. Motorola phone and Lenovo have done a good job creating a solid "budget" phone.
