I made an upgrade from an iPhone 5s to this iPhone SE I think it’s a little bit faster than the 5S and has more memory which is much very much needed from 16 to 32 is a double and memory size I enjoyed this product so far we’ll see how it performs once I download all my apps

I needed an iPhone for my autistic phone to replace his iPod Touch (he's a huge music listener and it helps calm him, but I also wanted him to have his own phone to help him get a little bit more independent and to be able to keep in touch with his small circle of friends). I wanted to go with prepaid for him first to see how it goes but didn't want to spend a ton just yet. So I opted for this iPhone since it has some updated features without being the more expensive newest models. This one fits the bill. Easy to set up (once you know iOS its seamless to work with regardless of the device model). I also like that after making payments of about $150 it can be unlocked so that we can put him on a post paid plan when we see fit. It does run a little slow at times but I'm not sure if that's due to network congestion or if this model is one of the slowed down models due to battery issues (he hasn't had any issues with his battery....just slow connection at times). Definitely a great option if you want an iPhone but not pay too much. Great camera. Features that I have always loved on iOS. And most importantly, something that my autistic son is familiar with so he can work most of it's features with ease makes this perfect for him.

1. Anyone who's used an iPhone 5 or iPhone 5S will feel at ease with the iPhone SE – it looks and feels almost identical, except now you can get it in a fetching colour and its cut edges are matte rather than shiny chrome. 2. The best thing about the design of the iPhone SE is that it still feels quality. The brushed aluminium back is both hard and cool to touch, the buttons are solid, and it’s easily small enough to use one-handed, regardless of the size of your hands. 3. The quality of the audio output is surprisingly good from such a small package – sound is balanced, if a little thin, and there’s no distortion at the highest volume. 4. Call quality is also strong. The ear speaker is clear and loud and the noise-cancelling mic does a good job of clearing up any distracting external noises when you're on a call. There are louder call speakers out there but I didn't have any problems hearing or making myself heard even on windy days with lots of traffic noise around me. 5. The rear iSight camera is where the iPhone SE gets interesting. It packs the same sensor and lens as the iPhone 6S, which means it has one of the most impressive phone cameras on the market right now. 6. There’s an incredible amount of processing muscle in the iPhone SE’s diminutive frame and it doesn’t get too hot or bothered by all that horsepower either. Touch ID also unlocks your phone more quickly than it does on the iPhone 5S thanks to the new processor 7. Even though it’s the lowest-priced iPhone we’ve ever seen, it’s still not cheap, especially since the 16GB option is inadequate for most users. However, if you look after it then its resale value will remain high. No other phones retain their value quite like this do.

You get all the internals of an Iphone 6 in the small form factor of the Iphone 5. Many teens prefer this size because it slips into jeans' pockets. The Verizon card you need comes taped to the phone. You can put whatever sim you need in it and you are good to go. BB also frequently has the ATT version of this iphone 5SE for $150 also....both work on Cricket with no need to unlock. Just install your sim before you power up.

Easy to get used to since I have an iPad. Camera is perfect for my use. Calendar is easy to use and, in general, a most logical methodology tool for learning. Love it!

Just upgraded from an iPhone 5 to this SE. Very pleased. Processing speed increased. Battery life is incredible compared to the 5 and blows away the Samsung J7. I'm a fan of the smaller size, so getting the inner workings of the 6s in a 5 body was perfect for me.

Took awhile to convince my friend to go with an iPhone. She loves the compact size but same level of memory as the iPhone 6.

The iPhone SE is the best smartphone you can get at this price point, I have an iPhone 7 and I can assure you that the only two things you will miss fro its $300 extra dollars sibling is the slightly better touch ID and the force 3d touch(maybe the selfie cam if you are into them) Just buy it.

I don’t like the larger size phones. This is the perfect size. The processor is better, the camera has been upgraded. All in all, perfect for my needs.

I want to go back to a smaller iPhone and the iPhone SE is perfect ! This phone is the size of a 5 but packs the guts of a 7 and the battery life rules ! I got mine on sale for $ 179.00.... Love it.

I bought this as a gift for my son. I did read the reviews but not being familiar with Iphones I did not realize how small the SE model was. That is the only complaint I have, the phone has worked flawlessly.

iphone se verizon prepaid works great , I bought 2 . Takes great pictures , 32gb's, one of the better smaller iphones. I have no complaints , You can't go wrong for the price....

always been an iphone user however, I am first time pay as you go phone user and i’m loving it. device and program so far have been wonderful and very freeing. i recommend everyone make the switch!

We purchased this phone for my daughter as her first phone. It’s a great first phone. affordable...great Apple quality...and perfect size for her.

Great phone and great price. Just be careful about activation because sometimes the phones ship without being scanned and you may have a problem if you are not close to a Best Buy store.

This is still a great iPhone. Small in size,yet it still powerful. Good battery life, Apple Pay, 12 megapixel camera.

It seems that phones are also affected by Murphy's Law. Grand daughter cracked the face of her phone and I wanted to get her a replacement. The SE was perfect for the job a nice upgrade across the board and additional memory for all those pictures and stuff that freshman year brings. She's petite and in the world of megaphones the SE is a good size for her to handle etc. Best Buy also had a very reasonable price and the phone in stock. So we could buy while she was here for a visit.

I have had this phone for a couple of yrs now and have NO ISSUES. This device is fast and I have not had to deal with low storage at all like some of my old Android phones. I know it looks like the old Iphone 5 but its not the same processing system. It actually has a better system than the Iphone 6! I would recommend this phone to anyone wanting a smaller device they can fit in their pocket and are new to using an Iphone.

We bought this to replace a dying Iphone 5c. We couldn't get an Iphone 6 on our plan (sold out just before introduction of new models) and found we could get a pay-as-you-go phone with a monthly cost similar to the cost of an extra line on our plan. Plus the phone was much less expensive than buying the same phone on our plan. We can convert the pay-as-you-go phone to our plan after just a month, but will keep it longer as we get 3GB additional data per month.

Sometimes you just want a small but functional phone. The iPhone SE for $199 cannot be beat! At this price you can get 5 before buying a single iPhoneX!
