Great phone for retiree!

Plenty of memory and RAM for a non-power user. Takes some time getting used to the navigation and closing of apps in the interface but it's otherwise great!

Restarts super slow, but the cherry of the cake is that only after 7 months it can't get a charge now and is just plain death, because the charging slot became so wiggly and the charging cable won't stay put in! Are you kidding me, Motorola? And the so called customer support is ridiculous at best. I got an answer to my complaint with 6 questions from a "do not replay e-mail" so now i am answering the questions to WHO? Get a grip Motorola...stop selling electronics, go start making spoons or coffee mugs!

Probably a good phone, but never got a chance

It was shipped from the warehouse without release on the Verizon network. Therefore, I could not activate the phone. I had to go to a Best Buy store and do a replacement for another, more expensive phone that could be activated.
