Best Buy Doesn't Properly List Information
||Posted .Best Buy has this phone labeled as "no device activation required" yet it does need activation. I wasted my time driving to the store to pick this phone up, the sales associate confirmed again it does not need activation to use the phone with wi-fi and as soon as I open the box at home, the first thing it states inside the sealed area is the phone can not be used without activation. Complete waste of my time and now I'll have to waste more time driving to UPS to send it back to process a return.

Not Happy Camper
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Took 3 hours to find out current phone not replaceable. Then had to wait for transfer of data and it was not all complete when we got home. Kind of disappointed in the Best Buy I have seen in the past.
