    Best Buy has this phone labeled as "no device activation required" yet it does need activation. I wasted my time driving to the store to pick this phone up, the sales associate confirmed again it does not need activation to use the phone with wi-fi and as soon as I open the box at home, the first thing it states inside the sealed area is the phone can not be used without activation. Complete waste of my time and now I'll have to waste more time driving to UPS to send it back to process a return.

    Phone locks up, freezes, several times per day. Display good, cannot depend upon.

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     The phone itself is crap the best buy services were amazing they took my order and processed plused shipped and delivered quickly just sucke tht Motorola mad such a crappy device tht cant even process an application without the entire phone freezing up and me having to restart it

    I hate to say it but i regret this purchase. Got it turned it on and couldnt get past startup daid it HAD to have service however ive NEVER seen a phone where you couldnt set up with wifi.

    I had the Moto E6 and purchased the Moto G Pure. The Best Buy team member transfer my telephone number to the new phone. All my apps and data migrated from the old phone to the new phone and it works great. Larger screen and very fast.

    This is the worst Motorola phone I have ever had the displeasure of owning. It locks up multiple times per day. I have to restart the phone several times daily and it is so slow. I have only ever had Motorola phones and loved them but this one is trash...

    Took 3 hours to find out current phone not replaceable. Then had to wait for transfer of data and it was not all complete when we got home. Kind of disappointed in the Best Buy I have seen in the past.
