I needed a quick replacement for a Moto G6 which was damaged beyond repair. I do miss my G6 because it was faster and had a longer battery life. Still, the E6 does everything I need and is a great value. It's charge will last all day for typical use.

OK, it used to turn on by itself in my pocket, and change settings by itself in ways that didn't make sense. I made a call to someone one time, and it went into a mode in which the person on the other end could hear me talk, but I couldn't hear anything they said. The first time that happened, I just shut it off for 5 minutes, turned it back on, and it was ok. Also, one time the voice to text microphone icon went off, and I couldn't use voice to text. got online with Motorola and the agent told me to try several things, none worked. I was advised to have it sent back. However, a good Best Buy specialist fixed it, but had to go thru 10 or so steps to just reactivate voice to text. Then I went and got a $10.00 head set, but the media volume of full blast no matter what I did to try to adjust the volume. p.s., I replaced the Moto with a Nokia, and the volume works just fine. The last draw came when the phone went into the mode in which I could talk and the person could hear me, but I couldn't hear them, and shutting it down for reboot didn't work. When the above happened,that is when I threw it across the room, and it was time to get another phone. I got a Nokia, for the same price, and it seems to work much better. Later, I decided that my anger and hatred of Moto needed a further outlet, so I took it on a walk with me, and wanted to see what would happen if I threw it against a brick wall. I did! I have to say, that the case is pretty tough, for I did throw it had, and it didn't break apart. If only the programming of their software was as good as the casing, I would still be using it.

It serves it's purpose. 2nd phone exactly like it.

The phone works for what it is supposed to do and is an ok option for a prepay phone, however the buttons on the keyboard are a little small and the calls can sound muffled.
