Getting used to the Moto 5e. I am able to do more and more each time I use it. Some of the aps are annoying with the ads in them. That is not the fault of the phone however. For entry level it is a good beginning.

for a cheap phone this one seems fast and reliable

The phone arrived in 2 days. Thank-you Best Buy. The phone is awesome. Don't understand why so many pay hundreds of dollars for other smart phones when this Moto E5 was only $59.00. I love it.

I bought this for my 80 year-old aunt who lives in a different state and is relatively tech savvy. She's reported some challenges with Verizon in getting her account set up, despite the prepaid cards and SIM kit I sent along with it. She even sent her grandson with the phone to the Verizon store but for some reason it still isn't working. Given the features advertised and her intended uses (ordering groceries and meals for delivery, keeping in touch w/family, etc), this phone promises to meet her needs - if only we can get it up and running! It may be gratuitous to suggest, but I recommend Verizon work w/AARP to identify ways to be more Senior-User friendly.

Did not use this phone because it was locked to Verizon. I had read that Verizon phones were unlocked. The return process to Best Buy was excellent.

I find the phone to be very intuitive to use. The keyboard is a bit small so occasionally I hit the wrong button. Other than that, it's great!

This phone is great. Good size to see easily. Excellent for People hearing me & me hearing them; even when I’m in the country. So happy I bought it & at a great price!

I actually had this phone before purchasing. I liked it but returned this purchase and decided to go back my e4 because that has features this on does not. Like biometric fingerprint to open or log in to apps.

this phone is great for a senior citizen, not to fancy and does just exactly what I need it to so I can keep in contact with him. Simply and easy to set up!

but next step up is a lot better for 5 bucks. It is the e5play or something like that, spend the five bucks

Great phone for a lower tier phone. This was bought for my wife and she's loving it. Happy with the quality of the phone. Not much more to say.

It's a cheap phone. Lasts about a year. Than had to get another one. Like I said its inexpensive.

Had to get a temporary phone in place of my iPhone X. I might not go back. Works great for the price. Best Buy employee helped me set it up in minutes.

Being a senior, and not as technical as many, it took me a little time to get used to the operation, but now I really like the Moto 5 go phone.
