I have had the phone 2 weeks and the phone and carrier lost wifi connection 2 times causing the phone to be dead. The phone needed to be reset via Technical Support. Neither Best Buy cell staff or Verizon walk in store could get the phone fully functional. I had to figure it out for myself after 1 week. I have never had this problem ever with a cell phone that i bought from Best Buy. I am using my lap top because I can't back to my Yahoo account on the cell phone. I can get to gmail but not Yahoo on phone.

In addition there seems to be some kind of software rootkit designed to prevent you from loading either music or videos that you already own. In addition you are locked into Verizon when there are plenty of other better options

Though this is new I have way more room for storage and I was able to easily place my sim card in and have everything synced in a matter of minutes!
