Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My other Moto phone I could listen to YouTube all day connected to my Bluetooth headphones, turn my screen light down, have split screen with messaging, Pinterest, Google news, Gmail, or whatever else I needed for over 10 hours and absolutely no worries about the battery going dead HOWEVER this phone was fully charged at 5am and was at 30% by 10am. And that was with YouTube on and screen light turn down AND on battery save mode the whole time. The battery percentage instantly starts to go down a couple percentage at a time as soon as it's off the charger regardless if it's being used or not. I'll be replacing it asap. I don't recommend this phone. It's a waste of money. There's other things I dislike too but the battery is the biggest issue. It's unreliable.

Sorry you are having this issue. We stand by the phone and agree you should get through a normal day on a single charge. Your experience is unexpected, even with high usage.
