This phone is okay . It doesn't work with the current network for Verizon

My Galaxy S9 died over the weekend, and I needed a stop gap phone to use as my new Galaxy would take 5 days to arrive. This is a good backup phone. Got the basic $40 5G pay-as-u-go plan. Its not fast, but it does the job (Phone/Text/basic apps like WhatsApp/Youtube). I did not see where to change the SIM card, and the Best Buy Mobile desk said it could not be changed. I bought this online as an in-store pickup. I bought the Activation Card separately, and the process was a little painful to be honest, as I had to chat with Verizon,, but eventually got it activated.

The phone is fast responding. I like the 128GB external storage is great. It allows music and movies and pictures to be added and still have room.

This has to be the worst phone I have ever owned and it's sad because there was a time where Nokia made better quality products. After owning smart phones that were made by Nokia, they are terrible. 1. While the wallpaper and the phone is nicely designed, the fonts and the displays are very unattractive 2. Can't get the Google assistant to work whenever I say "Ok google." It's also delayed 3. The coordination on the keyboard is really poor. Everytime I attempt to text, email or message someone, I keep getting the GIF page which automatically takes me to pre-used GIFs that are added automatically which I did not want. 4. The internet and other apps tends to freeze on me 5. When I tilt the phone, the picture only goes to half 6. Now creativity in ringtones This is a phone to use if you want to look at the internet and so basic things but if you have had better phones, I don't like this one.

This phone is extremely slow and usually takes forever just to load an app- which I find absolutely frustrating!!
