Downloads would stall, emails were taking 12 or more hours to arrive, Apps wouldn't download or work etc. The Samsung phone has been very reliable.

While I believe Samsung is a reputable company, this phone has some idiosyncrasies that can be annoying. I wouldn't say it's as user friendly as I hoped it would be. Plus, because it's only a 3 gig phone, it results in it running out of data fairly quickly. However, for anyone who is budget conscious, this phone is suitable.
