    They were unable to activate this on the phone neither in the Verizon store had to returned. Waste of time and money they won’t refund 35 dollars card.

    Had a lot of trouble with this phone. First problem which is frequent is I got a green outline around the subject and could do nothing with the phone. Found a way to correct but kept coming back. Second problem was the phone would not answer calls. found a list of things to do to correct. next could not get a volume ( sound ) when answering the phone. Finally gave up and purchased another phone. I rarely complain but this was enough.
