All I can say is thank you so very much for the prepay flip phone it is very nice and easy for my mom to use she absolutely loves it I am glad to be a Best Buy customer

For a flip phone, the battery life is absolutely terrible. 3 days and the phone is dead. For comparison, my old Samsung 3G flip phone would run for 2 weeks before it needed charging. The phone is also too big to handle and it's a bit unwieldy.

I am on second phone. The first one the person on the other end couldn't hear me. And just as the 2nd phone, even though it is working, it has to be connected to wifi for it to work. It is for my 90 yr old dad so he needs to have a flip phone so I am forced to keep it. Junk

For a plain 4g flip phone, better than the others we saw offered. Keys are larger and work with messages easier than the last phone. Good phone for someone who doesn't need the bells and whistles

I have enjoyed my eTalk cell phone. I feel comfortable having something dependable with me for emergencies or just needing or wanting to communicate with someone. It was a good price for the benefits received. The sales persons were very helpful with me in my shopping experience. I have always had a good experience when I shop at Best Buy. Thanks

Bought this for my teenage son 6 months ago so that he could keep in contact while with friends or at athletic events. We did not want a smartphone and did want something durable. Call quality is great, and this thing has stood up to some serious abuse and kept on working (multiple drops, chewed by the dog, etc...).

This is a great flip phone if one still wants to use one. I have owned 4 different ones through the years and recommend it highly.

Bought for my grandma - need a simple flip phone for emergencies- this is a good option

Practical and good. This was purchased for a relative that is visually impaired. This phone and it’s accessibility features such as screen speak and the use of the buttons allows for independent navigation for my relative.

This is a basic cell phone and gets the job done without fail. no Flash!

Complicated / no SIM card/ we had to return since we were not in a position to go to store or call for help. We needed it to work out of the box with minimal instructions for 87 year old. However the folks at the Tuttle store - Ohio- could not have been nicer to deal with, they accepted our return and I would totally shop here again.

My mother needed a phone that was not so complex and sophisticated that she's be unable to figure out how to use it. So, she opted for this basic cell phone - it has been durable but she has complained about the volume and being able to hear clearly. She is not thrilled with it (as a replacement to her previous flip phone which she preferred) but it has allowed her to have the ability to call and be called when she is away from the house.

This takes you pack to 1990’s. Too many buttons to push for any task! I used it for 2 days in mountains where Verizon is the only carrier, then cancelled the plan.

Best Buy is the one to get anything you need from them

I only needed a phone to keep in touch when away from the house for emergencies or to keep in touch while on vacations. This filled the bill.

Perfect phone for my mom who didn't want a smartphone and just needed something super simple to call and text. Activation process was a pain in the butt and that's why I docked it a star.

I bought this phone for my grandmother who is in her 70's. The phone was easy to set up. The buttons are easy to press and the phone volume is loud enough to hear from different floors. The phone has not dropped calls.
