I purchased this phone for my grandmother who was having trouble with the touch phone. She absolutely loves the big buttons and they are easy for her to push to answer and make calls. I would also recommend this for someone who is visually impaired. Best purchase I have made in a while.

What a piece of dookie! I bought this for my 13 year old daughter.
I don't want her to have access to social media so a basic flip phone is all I need. When I called Verizon to add this phone to my account they told me I'd have to pay over $70/month to add this phone! No thank you Verizon! In fact, I'm leaving your overpriced, crappy serviced, too-big-to-fail corp. all together! So many better options nowadays! Oh, and I got a far better quality flip phone from TracFone with unlimited texts/calls for $15/month! Bite me Verizon!

This phone doesn't pretend to be anything more than it is..a dated technology packed into a flip phone, yet still desirable by us who don't want the distraction of a smart phone. I have used it for many things including wifi hotspot and tethering on Verizon and it works wonderfully for my needs. The only issue I have had was coverage in my area, but I am outside of the city.. this was to be expected at times. $48 versus the $200 flip phones, I think this is where you invest.

Love the flip!
Gave it to my brother who needed a better phone.
He likes it a lot!
Verizon is the best phone provider in my area.
And being able to use Internet wifi helps him stay connected to family.

Sturdy basic phone with all the features I need. The only issue is the texting is not very straightforward. Still, a reliable phone.

Absolutely the worst phone! I was quite happy with my tiny Samsung Flip, but I had to upgrade to 4 or 5G or my phone wouldn't be supported by Verizon. This was bulky; couldn't change the volume; could not go directly to a contact (had to scroll through my list) and could not synch to my vehicle like the Samsung did. After 1 week I switched to an Apple I-phone Mini on my son's contract. I love the mini! The eTalk is reset to original settings, back in the box, and will be donated to someone who can use it.

Still setting up. A bit cumbersome to do things, but so far, managing to get it done. Can't rate camera of battery life yet since haven't taken photos and battery fully charged upon set-up

Well what can i say, I called to activate this phone for my father. They tried and tried to activate it over the phone. Told me to go to the nearest best buy store so I drove about 30 miles to get there for them to look at me and say I can't activate that for you and that I need to go to a Verizon store, so then I drive again to Verizon and then they say we can't activate it because I bought it from best buy and they have to... so let's just say I took it back and got my money back...

Does the job. Very user friendly with a simple design. No frills or bloatware, exactly what I want in a cellphone. Battery last 2 days depending on your usage. It was hard to relearn to texting, bringing back the early 2000's. If you enjoy simple phones with great coverage then get this.

I needed this flip phone for temporary use while me iPhone was being repaired by Apple. Courtney & Megan at the Bolingbrook Best Buy were SUPER helpful getting my line setup and VERY patient while waiting for Verizon people to complete the activation steps. Both young ladies were friendly and thorough in explaining the process to me. Well done!
The phone worked fine too.
