Very basic but all we needed for our daughter for communication

Works great for my grandmother and mom because they love a flip phone and so do I.

It's to big and they won't let you activate it without upping the price of your plan. You can try to call customer service but you can't get through. Don't bother with Verizon

this is my third cell phone from etalk and i am still experiencing the same problems as the last three phones. if not for my limited budget, i would buy a much better phone.

I'm one of those people who refuse to get a smart phone. My flip phone screen will never crack when I drop it. Simple and easy to set up as well.

Battery dies too fast. My seeing impaired mother was not too happy with it.

Three stars for the runaround given during activation but it is a nice sturdy phone with a pretty big screen for a flip phone. Not sure if my Son is using the internet but it is internet capable. Nice second phone.

This phone is built for those who may have challenges with understanding a smart phone. My dad doesn't read and this phone makes him happy. I appreciate this phone being the best decision for him to operate without assistance. Thank you!!!

The larger size of the phone, larger screen and buttons all contribute.

Does what it needs to do without frills. A little slower processing than basic phones I've owned in the past but has more features.

Good price and easy to use for seniors.............

Haven't had it long. Seems to work as described. Got it as a 'Phone of Shame' to give to my son so we can still communicate with him when his iPhone is taken away as punishment. I was actually disappointed that it still has an internet connection, albeit very slow and hard to use.

Good phone for basic functions simple talk and text. Good for a senior who does not to deal with today’s technology world. Would recommend to anyone.

One star because of Verizon. They are obsoleting my old flip phone so I bought this one to work on the new network. I called them up to switch it over and they told me I would have to upgrade my plan and pay twice as much. The phone doesn't do anything until Verizon turns it on so it's a useless piece of junk to me. I hope I can get my money back.
