Flip phone

This one did the job. And the price for the same phone at Verizon is way more, which does not make any sense at all. Glad I purchased the phone at BB instead if Verizon.

Somewhat difficult for arthritic fingers

Buttons are small, the rocker control that selects letters and the like is located around the “select” or “enter” button and is very hard to manage without hitting the enter button. This makes it hard to use for arthritic fingers.

Not so great for older folks

We ended up returning after finding it impossible to check voicemail.

She had difficulties using smart phone. It works for what she need it for (talking) I only wish the numbers were bigger.

Flip Phone Lovers

He has been very happy with it so far. It is a bit larger than his last one and the finish is not slippery which makes this phone easier to handle. He is very pleased with it.
