I have a physical job so any phone I have takes a lot of abuse... I bought this same phone a year ago, lasted 1 year, but, it took a lot of abuse and still works even though it was pretty beat up... That's why I bought the same phone again... Regular use, it should last a few years...

Following onscreen instructions worked remarkably well for transferring old number over to new phone.

Verizon Takumi eTalk cell phone

Had phone only a few weeks and got a SIM card message on screen. When I removed SIM card - the steal holder popped out (steal was broken on one side). BestBuy and Verizon did nothing for me! I was told it was past the return date.
