This was my first time adding devices to my Verizon plan through Best Buy. It was super easy and my my husband's new iPad Pro was a snap through online purchasing. He picked up and activated it in a different city. Highly recommend!

I have been a Verizon Customer for nearly 15 years. I believe the price is too high and yet I stay with them as over the years I have had the least dropped calls of any of my friends on other carriers, the best 4g service for speed and dependability and their service centers have always treated me well.

I'm very happy with my Verizon plan. I was glad I was able to keep it the same at the good low-cost I'm paying. I'm not paying too much for unlimited and I'm very happy about that. I've been very happy with my service with Verizon. I've not had dropped calls like I had with my previous carrier.

Ordering the phone online, and bypassing the Verizon agent on site made the process of replacing my Verizon phone so much easier. Of course, I had to transfer contacts, pictures, etc... to the new phone myself, but this was not a problem with the new Samsung Smart Switch software.

The slightly larger screen display and better camera made this upgrade choice easy. BestBuy offered a competitive pricing package. Adapting to the new phone was easy as most of the functions are the same as my old 5s.

Love all the features my new Note 8 will do. Still learning all the fun stuff it will do. Great phone and Verizon is the BEST. Thank you to Best Buy deal of 300$ off, I took advantage of it.

It was super easy to upgrade my old phone online. They sent phone so quick all ready to go. So crazy same phone is not same at Verizon vs target vs best buy. You really have to shop around.

Compared to Other store, Upgrade or activation of New Line is very easy with Best Buy while keeping you existing Carrier account. No more information is required than in carrier store.

My family and I have been with verizon for over 10 years now. We appreciate the deals that they have here at Best Buy and we enjoy their customer service... that's what really makes us stay. :)

I have been with Verizon for quite a few years now and though they are more in price I can say I've had little else to complain about. Especially now that they brought back unlimited data.

I used to be a Sprint customer, but after having so many dropped calls, bad signal spots and not being able to be on the phone and on the net at the same time, I switched to Verizon.

Verizon is the best choice where I live, which is about 50 miles out in the Atlantic on the edge of Cape Cod. None of the other carriers come close to offering the coverage that Verizon provides.

Having the ability to maintain my existing plan worked for me; especially with the additional monthly payment for the installment for the new phone. Verizon provides great service.

I didn't have to change plans because Best Buy allowed me to keep my old plan. Usually sales people try to upgrade your plan and harass but this was a very smooth transition.
