I was really worried that I would not be able to keep the phone plan that I had when I switched to my new phone but thankfully Best Buy was able to put my mind at ease.

I was glad to be able to keep my existing plan. It helps me to enjoy a continuity in my cellular service. Thank you so much for a good service at a reasonable rate.

I have tried every carrier, living in a big city I have not found a carrier to be as reliable as Verizon, yes others offer better pricing but I always have coverage.

have been with verizon and really cant complain. would like the cost to be lower but that applies to all technology providers at this stage of the game.

I love this phone so much, It has everything you would ever need and more. It isn't loaded with stuff you don't need, and has updated android software. Great phone.

We've had to return an item under this warranty before and it was easy. No questions, everything went as advertised and we had a replacement within 7 working days. It would have been same day if the replacement had been in stock.

Now that Verizon doesn't give us "new every two", we try to find a good "deal" when it come to phone replacements. We got this phone for $99 and tax.....great deal!

Verizon is very fast and super fast with my new note 8. I've been with them for way over q0 yrs and my phone works so if it's not broke don't fix it.

After the problems w my Note 7, I bought a LG V20. 11 months into my contract I had to get the Note 8. Great phone! Great job on this one Samsung!!!

Why would I change my plan when I just changed it? Pay less for more data, of course I changed. Holidays always bring new limited plans so keep an eye out

Why am I asked to review my "keep my phone plan" add-on required when purchasing a new phone? We like Verizon. No issues with them our their service area.

I have been loyal to Verizon for abut 16 years and they have had me on their loyalty plan for several years. There are discounts for long term loyalty.

I have been with multiple carriers and Verizon service is the best. It is more expensive, but it is the one that gives me the least problems.

Honestly, Verizon is the best cellular provider in our region. I drive everywhere and their coverage dominates. However, I pay for it, which is frustrating, but as a paint contractor, I need service.

Verizon is wherever I travel, and I laugh as my friends don’t have bars. Traveling, Verizon has international support as well with LTE.

My current contract was up so I purchased a new Samsung phone. It has so many features! The screen size is great for watching videos

Phone is fast and the extra storage makes a huge difference. I was running out of space constantly having to delete apps. Now not a problem.
