It’s made of good quality, but the design is terrible. It’s tight in the middle pocket and difficult to reach the bottom in that pocket. And the worst part, the bottom isn’t sturdy enough. As soon as I take my laptop out of the back pocket, it falls over. Also, the straps are fixed. You can tighten them to a point, but they slip back to the loosest setting. I have been using laptop backpacks for 20 years, and this is the first one I didn’t like. I will be returning it.
