I tried to connect with helpline on website to no avail. Then finally the salesperson from the store I ordered it at called me and I have to order a different model. I should have been notified immediately if it was out of stock!

It was okay...

Sad Excuse For A Turntable

This terrible contraption does ZERO justice to my beautiful albums. I tried playing my glorious Led Zeppelin IV record and it sounded like someone took all of Led Zeppelin, shrunk them down to the size of guinea pigs and placed 3 mattresses over top of them. It sucks BYE.

Poorly made

The digital screen does not appear correctly and I have already asked about a warranty return. Then COVID his and I have not heard from them. Id like to at least fix this one since the volume and multi playing capabilities I do like.

Crapped out after a handful of uses

I had to add coins to the arm to be able to play a record without skipping. Bluetooth worked pretty well. It had decent range. I mostly used the auxiliary port to connect a chromecast audio. I used it maybe once or twice a week for the month I've had it and listened to a record a few times. I turned it on today and it flashed and its done. Won't turn on. I would not waste money on this record player.
