Registration failed several times before going through. Computer hung/crashed when capture is complete but at least the video was there and didn't have to do it again.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience using our product. We recommend that you give our customer care team a call to help improve the quality. Changing a few settings can help improve the video quality.
Also if you are using the Easy Wizard Mode, you can try setting the video length to less than or equal to 1 hour. When you set the recording length for over an hour, the software will lower the recording quality a bit to reduce the file size to help it fit on a disc. For best quality, you may need to use more than one disc to store one video, or you could also use a double-layer DVD disc.
