However, the soul reason I purchased this starter from Best Buy was due to the installer, Shaun Rice. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend. However, Shaun, Best Buy's installer, was in the store on his day off and volunteered his time and expertise on the product and installation. HIs exceptional customer service and knowledge on the product convinced me to purchase the product that night and not continue to shop elsewhere.

Starter works great, but

Best Buy urged me to bring it back to them and they spent 90 minutes trying to locate the problem. Brought it to my dealer and they say it's a short in the wire harness and I need to make another appointment to fix it. Not sure what to think...

Great remote start

This works great. Has a very long range. Double clic to unlock your doors. Wish my other car didn't have factory remote as I would install in it too to have the extra range.

I turn it on from inside my house and there is no need to stand near a window. Great for the winter, I just leave the defroster and heater on the night before and when I auto start my car in the morning, it is warm and snow free. Summer, just leave the AC on the night before and you are ready to go. Best Buy had a great price with installation included. Geek Squad (Orange, CT) did a great job on the install. Looking to install this remote starter on a second car if I can get the same price again.
