Exactly what I needed

The technician ran through how to use it and that was it! I've had no problems with it so far and I'm loving this for the winter!

Salesperson suggested wrong model

The sales person was extremely nice but didn't understand how to choose the right model for the cars we have. However Sheldon in service made up for the problem with his great service! They love their remote starters and said he was great to work with.

Car starter was a good deal for the money but...
