Decent product. Unfortunately the remote won't work more than 50 feet beyond the the vehicle. I'm told by the installation department that the is an issue with the vehicle interfering with the signal. If you have a 2011 Chevy Traverse, don't expect the remote to work from the specified range.

Its a good entry level remote starter system and the price was reasonable.

We've been using our new remote start (a "must have") for MN winters and have had zero negative issues. This is a rather basic model that comes with a single FOB. The only recommendation I have is that you might want to purchase a unit with visual confirmation that the vehicle has started.

It does what it is supposed to do - start my car. I was especially pleased with the installation. I had the choice between a one or two push start and I was able to get it programmed to unlock my doors. My car was done in the time it was supposed to be.

I love that I can step out on the deck at my apartment & start my car. With the freezing temperatures we've been having I don't have to sit in a cold car or scrape my windows. It's also made me feel safer when I get off work, walking to my warmed car I can hop in & take off so I'm not a possible target for some loser to carjack me. Yes, this has been a great addition to my car!

This is a basic remote starer, should have included an extra fob. Works well but the range could be better, it's maybe good for about 100 feet. Geek squad did a good job on the installation and has no negative effect on the car. I would probably get one with 2 way communication the next time.

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas last year. The installers were awesome no complaints. Product works great, wife loves it on these cold New England mornings
