The only issue is that only one out of three best buys in my area had a tech that could install the starter. The tech did a great job. The starter works great but the distance is not one mile it is closer to less than a quarter of a mile.

I just had gotten my brand new car and wanted a remote start since summer is around the corner. I love it so far! Installed in with in 4 hours and great staff gre in independence, MO! Just don't forget to turn your heat or air on when getting out so when you remote start it later, it's blowing the air you want! :)

Bought this for my wife and she loves it! Best Buy employees were very helpful and did a professional job installing it.

I have been using this for 3 years now and it works as new. Having lived in apartments and my car being parked in an open spot the "Viper - Remote Start System with Interface Module and Geek Squad Installation - Black" proved to be a blessing! I have been remote starting my car from my window for about 10 minutes (during winter), and then I have a nice warm car to drive, instead of a freezer ;) If you are looking for an acknowledgment from the computer in the car that it did start then this device will not give you that. It is only oneway communication. But who needs that when you can see the lights of your car turn on ;) Very good value for money and a must have for harsh winters.

Good product now just waiting to get it installed was not able to get it installed due to it was a Christmas gift

We got this same exact remote car starter fro my daughter last year as a Christmas gift. This year, we purchased this as a Christmas gift for our son-in-law for his new Toyota Camry. This was a great package price from Best Buy that also included installation which will be done after the holidays!

We purchased this electric start right before Christmas, and it the best! It is a must have for people with children.

simple non complicated auto starter. Can remotely start the vehicle in a long range distance.

Had one issue with install but install mngr fixed it in 20 min or so.
