I had this installed at Best Buy on my wife's car. She loves it, especially in the winter. Starts her car before leaving work and gets into a warm car. I'm a hero!

I bought this on black friday, but later found out that the remote for the u it would disable my factory keyless entry. I ended up swapping out the unit for a Compustar remote start. At least I learned about the differences between the two BEFORE I got the Viper unit installed. The Compustar unit can easily be programmed to work with your factory key fob, or later upgraded.

This device is so useful and effective especially with winter time, it really helps warming up the car asap. It also has stop control and at price of $200, it was a steal!!

awesome for hot summer days in the south!! very nice to have the AC started before getting into my truck. I was a little surprised at the extra charges for additional parts.

I'm not sure what the ball bearing switch does but I needed it to go along with my Viper automatic starter and the entire package has worked to perfection.

I live in Chicago and with this crazy weather a car starter is the most convenient thing in the world! Love it!

Bought this as Christmas present for daughter. Best Buy installed it, did a great job. Product works flawlessly and perfect for those cold winter mornings.

Auto starts from very far away with one click. Took some getting used to on certain things like hitting button twice so that engine will continue to run. My prob is that Auto start stopped working after a cold snow. Auto start was highly needed during this time. I’m still waiting for availability to go in and have Best Buy look at the issue. :(

Bought this for a maxima with push start and because the factory keyfob is required for the car to start, this viper 1 button remote start was ideal.

Works great, no complaints besides me having a push to start Toyota and the engine cuts off when you open the door. Not a product issue.

When it is bitterly cold, or the car has a pile of snow covering it, it is wonderful to be able to warm up the car before going outside.

This is our second Viper remote start system. The main benefit to this unit is the ability to monitor the status of the vehicle via the remote fob.

Purchased the viper 1 way remote system when it was on sale with installation. Previously had a 2 way remote system on another vehicle, will go with that next time around to verify knowing if/when the car started. Only downside is the product doesn't have a long range, and seems to only work line of sight.

this item works great, but there are many additional items you will need to install in your vehicle, which costs alot more than the package. Beware!
