I enjoy the Viper auto start on cold days. I am still getting used to using it and I would have bought a 2-way if I was to buy this again.

Viper continues to produce the best remote car starters on the market. They have many different price points and options, depending on what you're looking for. This is a basic, one-way remote starter that works every time! I prefer two-way starters, but for my 19 year-old son, this is perfect. Viper stands behind their products, they are almost fool proof to use and their range is unbelievable! Yes, Viper costs a little more than their competitors, but there's a reason for that. It's called QUALITY!!

The viper remote starter is an excellent brand for the amount of money you pay. I checked other brands and for the cost of the remote and the expense of installation, this product seems a steal. I would recommend this brand to anyone who is interested in installing a remote starter; it is worth it especially in this kind of weather. I also recommend the purchase of a second remote just in case you loose the one you buy. Overall good brand and product and it is worth the investment.

This is the 4th Viper remote start we have purchased for our kids cars. The first 2 are going on 6 years we have had no problems to speak of and the one situation that arose Best Buys customer service took care of right away at no charge. We would definitely recommend

I have owned several remote starts over the years. This one offers good basic functionality. It lacks the features of other models but it serves it's basic purpose. I will most likely purchase my next remote start from CompuStar. It was easier to use and had more features at the same cost.

have had the remote start now since January and like it a lot, its nice to start my truck and have it warm when I go to leave, it has a timer on it so if you're not out the door within 5 min vehicle will shut off. great item was on sale for $ 169.00, but it would be nice if it would have the two way report system on it.

I bought this for my wife so that the car will be nice and warm by the time she leaves for work. She absolutely loves it. The girls at work tell her how they wish they had one as well. Great product. The only con is the range. The range is acceptable, but a little more distance would make it that much better.

Design & Size: minimalistic design that easily fits in your pocket and doesn't cause discomfort. Hold the button for a few seconds & your car starts right up. Range: quoted for 1/4 of a mile but if you work in a large structural building make sure you are near a window when attempting to start your vehicle. Installation service: I dropped my vehicle off at noon and never received a call that the install was completed. Pickup was easy even after tech had left for the day. Everything in my vehicle appears factory so it was a clean install. Overall everything went well and I would recommend the avon,in store for installation services.

What can I say, except that this product does exactly what it is supposed to do. No problems. My wife loves it. Especially nice on those frigid Michigan mornings. Just remember to leave the heater "on" when you shut off your vehicle the night before. You may wish to have it programmed to run a bit more than 15 minutes (without you entering the vehicle).

Bought this for my daughters Ford F-150 for Christmas and had it installed through the Geek Squad. The unit works great but only 1 remote and be careful about extra fees for needed extras .. ask ahead of time.

Wife loves this and it will be great for all seasons to warm up and cool down the car. I recommend and would purchase again. The only knock is that sometimes it takes a second attempt to start. It also comes with just one remote, but you can purchase a second one.
