    I returned this system after one week of trying to get an install date. After talking to the actual installer at the shop area of the local store he couldn't get to my install for 6 weeks. I went to an independent company and had the same system installed the next day for the same price. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    My recommendation is don't sell a product you can't service. Had problems since day one at store level with item. Finny had to request my money back which was a fiasco,. Before you sell this product they should let people know they didn't have certified installers. Very disappointed in this

    Purchased this product & installation (single price) as a gift in late November for a family member. Middletown, NY store then said they could not install until February (after the winter). Next closest store (45 minutes) is not taking appointments. Should have been advised of this up front.

    This was a Christmas Gift to our parents. It turns out that their vehicle was not compatible and there would be an up charge of $150 to make their vehicle compatible. They are older people and were very confused when they went to the Mankato store for the install.
