I bought this for my wife's car and we are very happy with the gentleman who did the installation and with the product. I would recommend this if you just want a basic remote starter.

The remote is simple and the range is great. As a mid westerner winter you know winter sneaks up on you but the ability to hoop into a warm vehicle offered by using this product is worth money

I have a new push start vehicle and needed just a basic car starter only. This is just what I needed.

The viper does work as well with hybrids and toyotas the car turns off when you approach it with the key fob and open the door and the alarm goes off everytime you start the car with smart start.

Haven't used too much yet but after the first use my just tested car battery died and had to get a new one and the lights went haywire. Brought it in and was told it wasn't b/c of the starter. Hopefully they are right and it doesn't happen again.

Wish I had purchased one sooner. It is so nice getting into a warm car in these below zero temps! I had to wait a couple weeks to get it installed, as they were busy over the holidays, but the Geek who put it in did a great job explaining everything time.

We have absolutely no regrets no this purchase. This viper remote car starter is very worth the money. So nice having a warm car that early in the morning, and now.... my hubby doesn’t freeze having to go out to start it.

Since I've only owned this product for 1 month, my review is limited. But, from initial results, I feel this product is performing at expectation and I would purchase it again if needed.

I do not know why but I have had it looked at since the purchase. The car starter should start up to 1500 feet away and yet that is not the case. I have had on occasion started my car and gone out (within 5 minutes of starting it) and found that it never started. I have started the car with the car starter and on a few occasions when I opened the door to get in the car, the car shut off. Just a little disappointed. I do not know if I would recommend this brand to someone as it was recommended to me. Not at all disappointed with Best Buy.

The installation was fast and easy. The technician went over all the details of the starter so we were comfortable with it's use. Only had it for a few weeks but with these 13 degree mornings and a warm vehicle, it was more then worth it.

I loved my new automatic car starter it is so nice to be able to start your car from the house when you get out the windows are cleared off the car is warm very easy to use just push a button the car starts and automatically locks

I was a little hesitant that there wouldn't be any unintended consequences with all of the other electronic bells and whistles on my 2013 Ford Edge, but the remote start works as described and didn't interfere with anything else.

I park outside and can now warm my car from the warmth of my condo or office. I always considered it a needless luxury but with discounted installation it is a great value. Geek jnstallion was very professional.

I was unsure if this would work in my 2009 Traverse but it works great! I can remote start from across the lot at work and even without being near a window! Now that winter is finally hitting Buffalo, glad I made this purchase!

If you're looking to remote start your car with 190$ this is the way to go. It takes some time to adjust how to starter works but ones you get the hang of it it's all good

Excellent install. John in the automotive area was a true professional. Quality product (Viper Remote starter) coupled with service you can always rely on. He has work on a number of my vehicles and always with fantastic results.

It took a long time to get it installed. Then wait was about a month. But it is great on the cold days to warm up your car before you get in and better for your car too. Definitely one of my all time favorite Christmas presents!

I have had this starter for about a month now and I love it. It has great range and I really enjoy the valet feature that allows you to keep your vehicle running and locked while you run into the store for a quick stop.

I have been in the market for a remote start system for awhile. Viper is one of the best known brands so I was excited to see this item on sale. The range is great and the run duration is a plus with an hour run time.

I had a Viper Remote start on my old truck and loved it. Had one installed by Best Buy on my new truck and I can't wait to use it this winter. The service technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks Best Buy!
