The Viper - Responder One reliably starts my car in freezing weather without me having to walk out and start the car waiting in a cold car while it starts to warm the engine. This is a time saver reduces my exposure to the cold. it is easy to use and a good value.

This is a great remote starter for the price. Best Buy did a fantastic job installing it for us. It's very easy to use and reliable.

Vehicle has remote entry but the car starter shuts down when using the remote starter.

Christmas present for my husband. Sometimes it turns off and back on once you start it. It's like a hiccup. But only sometimes. There is a "security" feature, so when my husband opens the door for me, I have to Hurry up and put the key in the ignition before he opens his door, or the car shuts off and security light stays on for awhile. But other than that it's great, the "chirp back" option that let's you know it's been started is definetly worth the extra money! That way you don't have to check and see if the lights are on. :)

Perfect equipment. Works better than I thought it would. Transmit from 2nd floor, opposite side of building. Very nice.

This is a simple and inexpensive way to warm your car on cold winter days! I've only been using it for a week and I haven't had any problems. It's so nice not to have to sit in my car and let it warm up before I drive!

I ordered this unit in the middle of November for my wife's birthday. We had it installed at our local Best Buy on the 9th of December. The install went off flawlessly and the technician did an awesome job of keeping us informed during the major steps of his install process. Well Done!

This was a birthday present for my wife and she couldn't be happier. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer! The installers did a great job. Neat, clean and no evidence they were there.

I love being able to start my car from inside the house. The 2-way response is perfect so I know if my car started even if I can't see/hear my car from where I am at. Great product!

Overall it is a great product. I took me a whille to get familiar with the remote itself... you have to be precize when pressing the button, as wtong combination takes you to wrong future.

This is an awesome two way remote start. Feed back is quick that the car has started, the distance I can start it from is excellent (tested out as far as 1000 feet), and the fob is very small.

I feel that this an excellent remote start. Viper makes the best remote starts (I've had others that didn't work hardly at all). I would definitely buy this again and recommend to others.

Serves its BASIC purpose as to start the car ahead during either warm or cold season. Limitations would be the DISTANCE from where you can start the engine & also NO capability to open trunk from the remote.
