Had this installed in my 2016 WRX and its great. Only issue is it that I cannot unlock the car with the factory key fob after it's been remote started but it's a known issue with the ds4 in the WRX and should be fixed soon with a firmware update. The Viper fob works fine, no issues, so does the app.

It works good in regular weather. But it doesn’t in rainy days. Which is a bummer. It’s been a couple raining days where’s I had to drive all the way home with the alarm going off, which was pretty embarrassing. Other than that I find it cool and convenient to the fact that I don’t have to carry a remote around.

The viper module works as advertised allowing me to start and lock and unlock vehicle from my smartphone

I ordered this product last week with geek squad installation, and just got it installed today. There was a problem a after it was installed ( app step up and wiring) after they got all settled it worked great. Perfect product for you if you have apple products in my opinion (don’t know about android?) imagin not having to use your car keys just your smart phone or in my case Apple Watch. Makes my days run smoother. Only thing is it’s a year paid service (which mean another monthly bill) I think it’s worth it ( for now at least)

Fast connecting to vehicle, gps is pretty accurate, service plan does cost around $200+ for 3 years of service.

overall great once set up complete-- set up password is a little crazy to set up on touch screen lots of (?"%^-- ) once you get past the clumsiness of setting up password- all Is great

I bought mine two years ago because i wanted to start my car from anywhere; and so far it was working great until I noticed last week that I wasn't able to start my car using the app and decided to call their customer support, guest what, they told me straight my device is old and i need to update to a 4G device. So that means I lose my one year subscription and the device in the same time. They did not offer me any possibility to resolve something they caused. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Unfortunately I had to take it out of my car. It kept draining my battery and even replaced the system multiple times. I’m sure it works great for some cars but not mine

The Viper Smart Start system is very reliable and being able to use the app to start my car virtually anywhere is a major plus. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for an easy/convenient smart start system

This is a good basic remote start. It works well and was worth the price. Best Buy did an excellent job installing it.

I added this on to my Viper remote start and use it all the time. It is especially helpful on those cold days and I can start my car from inside the hospital where I work.

Start your car from anywhere!!! I love that I can start my car from my office or a restaurant or anywhere without having to be within a certain distance. Always have been happy with the Viper system!

Waiting for covid issues to die down to install this, the product needs this to be able to remote start from your phone, i got it for $50 with free install because i waited for the right deal.

It's iffy at times has a monthly bill but once paid for you can do a bunch of different stuff, starts car from basically anywhere but at least my car is warm even i get into it

This is a great a product for my son's car. It makes me feel better knowing is exact location. The cost was very affordable. I reccomend this product for any parents.

I love this, I can monitor and operate my vehicle from anywhere, the only drawback is you have to pay a yearly service.

Not installed yet due to backup in installation department. 1 month wait for appointment. After Christmas rush. Will update later

Only needed if u plan to be over 150 feet away. Plus it costs $70/year to use this feature which sucks
