Product is OK, works intermittently, even with perfect cell reception. App is a combination of too simple and not enough information. The kicker is that customer service is the absolute worst I've EVER experienced. The company does not get back to anyone, ever...I contacted them 3 weeks ago, to only to continue getting the same email saying I'd be contacted in 2-3 days....still waiting for an answer to why I reached out. When I called in, person on the phone couldn't help me at all...wast told I'd get a call back from a Supervisor but that never happened. Pray that this product always works because if it doesn't you'll never get anything out of customer service.
I'd say stay away, go with something else.

app freezes, 3g service doesn't work in driveway. customer service non-existent. E-mail company and says have technical difficulty. Signing in to app says error. Look at other sites for reviews, same problems as me. Stay away. Before writing review gave company a chance to address my concerns but wouldn't reply to email.

Dont buy unless you want to pay a yearly subscription I think it was $100. Luckily the install guy from Best Buy told me this information before he installed it, so I returned it and got a refund. Which I checked the website and seen it does not tell you this info.

I purchased this for my Honda Pilot which already has a remote starter however I wanted to be able to start it from my phone so I purchased this and it never works.
