My son's phone died, so needed to get a replacement quickly - first place I turned was Best Buy. This phone was on sale, had 2 GB memory, with 16GB storage. No bells and whistles, just a solidly built phone with a fairly good camera, especially at the price that Best Buy had for it. Sound is excellent, ring tones and speaker all are loud enough to be effective.

Phone is awesome. Screen size is pretty great. Storage is perfect and the price only makes it better.

I purchased this phone as a Christmas gift for a friend. It’s is a great phone, size and quality.

I have only had this phone for about a week. The usual problems of having the phone phantom call occurred. I moved the phone icon from them main page. The phone slides out of my pocket but I suspect once the cover arrives it will solve that problem. For Virgin Mobile it seems to be a good choice. The only problem that I am noticing is static when using hands free phone in my 2010 Toyota Prius. I haven't figured out that problem and it may just be happening to me but it is an issue that is annoying but I am still trying to determine why this is happening. It doesn't happen otherwise. All in all I like the phone but I don't know why I am getting static.

It does all I need; email, internet access, pictures, any apps I wish to install & enough memory for all I want! I like the default phone ringtone!

My phone broke during Hurricane Irma and I needed a new one but because my grandkids like to play with mine I opted for a cheep android. I chose the Moto E4 for under $70. Guess what, it does everything my last LG did and it looks and sounds just fine. I wouldn't call it great but good describes it well. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a phone now and doesn't want to pay much for it. I have no complaints about this one.

My other phone was cracked pretty bad. I bought the Moto E4 as a replacement. It's really easy to get around on.

This a nice sized phone, not too big or small. Slick screen stays nice & clean. Easy to navigate. Good amount of storage. Camera is ok, can't crop pics after taking them. Not fond of how photos are stored. Nice basic phone.

This phone does everything a 800 dollar phone can do but at a much better price! Very happy with my purchase!

Bought this phone on sale and bought it AGAIN when the first one got irreparably damaged. Very good phone. Easy to figure out if you've had an Android phone before. Good amount of memory for all your apps.

This phone surpasses my needs, and was very inexpensive. Seems to be sturdy and easy to hold and grip, a lot if newer phones fail at this due to having a cover which is smooth/glassy texture. I didn't give 5 stars because of some minor nonuser friendly features. Bookmarked webpages require too many steps and web browser is not easy to use if you are trying to go back and forward with the webpages you are currently visiting. I guess you can say I don't have any issues with the phone or it's performance. I just have minor issues with the Android operating system and Google Chrome web browser.

Cool phone for the price, can be a little hard to see the screen in direct sunlight sometimes, the camera lacks image stability. The front camera is 5mp but doesn't quite seem so at times, not very efficient in lowlight settings either.

I don't need the latest cutting-edge phone,This phone is fast, great sound, great camera!

I like this model not too big but it does all I need, fast.
