Great battery life. Comes with built in 16gb memory, quick and fast processing speeds, good quality camera. Who could ask for more!

Although I loved my LG Volt it finally died on me, so I bought this on sale for $149. Excellent phone for the price. Very large screen almost so large it's a little awkward to hold. Not too pleased with the camera quality, much blurrier than my previous phone. On the upside it has much bigger capacity for apps and data than I was used to. Much faster speed as well. Although there are many small differences I preferred on my last phone this one is worth the purchase.

I've only had the phone for about 3 weeks now but so far I'm very pleased with it. It's got great battery life, it also is very fast, and the 16 gig internal storage is pretty good too. Cons: I wish that it had the knock capability like my previous phone and I also wish that the phone had the ability to go in and fine-tune the color scheme like my previous phone also had. But I just became accustomed to those things so I can live with my phone and be happy with it.

If your looking to buy a phone that have above average phone data/ram, can dl many applications, use different programs and storage music, look no further! It's one of the best upgrades from a flip phone to an android phone! It's not a galaxy s7 but it's an galaxy j7 which is almost as good! You won't be disappointed in what it does and if you need a phone in the meantime but with quality, this is the phone! Great camera, video and screen!

Love the size and handling ability. All programs come up quickly and great space for my apps...camera is good, too !

Bought this as a replacement for a S3 that just stopped working. Considered the S7 but didn't want to pay the steep price. Screen size on the J7 is a little larger than the S7 and has excellent clarity on it. Set up was a snap. It was ready to go before I left the store. Everything from my old phone was there except pictures, music and texts. That was easy to do with Smart Switch that I down loaded from Google Play. Did that when I got home and it took all of 20 minutes. Camera is good quality not great but they are clear. Has all the settings I need. Just doesn't have a zoom. Still looking for one to download. Any suggestions? If you need a new phone and don't want to pay a fortune I highly recommend this one.

Large screen, long battery life, and reasonable price. I was afraid to let go of my old phone. I had my old phone for 5 years. It was a ZTE. My carrier is Virgin Mobil. I've been with them for over 20 years. Both the phone and the service are very affordable. Don't let the J7 model number fool you. The J7 is as good as the S7. Even better.

Was in the running for a new phone since I still had a galaxy s3 and with this being a larger phone i couldnt say no. Let me just say this phone is worth every penny. Clear screen,large display,very great sound from the speakers,very easy to use. Only thing im upset about is that there is no notification light but you can do without it

16gb of internal memory is light years better than the 8gb that was on the phone that I replaced. It may not seem like much, but it makes a HUGE difference. Phone works well, camera takes excellent photos and video, apps run smoothly. I am very satisfied.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy J7 because my phone was beginning to malfunction frequently and slow down significantly. I did not want to spend $500 to $700 on a new phone so I went with the J7. It has a great camera, it is lightning fast and it has a large, crystal clear screen. Overall, I am impressed.

I bought this phone because my Moto G 3rd Generation ran out of storage space. I needed a phone with 16gb memory to be able to handle Android marshmallow. So far, I have no real complaints, only about the usual bloatware that comes with Virgin Mobile devices. Camera is good, battery life is very good.

It works great. Its fast. No lag. Takes great pictures, sends messages quickly. I have not had any issues with it. The screen is bright and crisp looking. it has never heated up on me and I stream a lot of music

Specs on this product are hard to find and conflicting, including the Samsung site, probably due to the similarity of product names (J7 vs J7 (2016)). Thought I saw this model had a version of Gorilla Glass, but apparently not, so you will want to purchase a screen protector. Had to get used to the interface. Some common features, such as adding a phone number in the log to your contacts is a level beneath where I expected it. I was upset thinking it was not available. The 16GB RAM is not much. Basic usage grabs 8GB. Adding memory via SDcard is not contiguous and restricted to limited use. Complaints aside, this phone fits into my pocket, has a beautiful screen (far better than the J7 specs at Samsung). The main camera does an excellent job. Outside of phone and camera, I use the phone as an e-reader. Fantastic! The fact that there is a removable battery and SDcard slot places this phone over the S6, in my opinion. And the price is just right.

This is a great phone for the price. Yes, more expensive phones have better performance and some more advanced features, but other than the amount of internal storage, I don't really notice much of a difference. It also has expandable storage, so this really isn't an issue. The J7 is slightly slower than top-dollar phones, but it's almost unnoticed for most tasks. The only 2 drawbacks really are camera quality (which is still ok) and the lack of a gyroscope. The gyroscope issue has really only come into play when I realized that I can't use the J7 in my VR headset, which is really more of a once-in-a-while novelty anyway. Overall, I couldn't justify spending 4x the money on a flagship phone that really provides only minor enhancements. If you're on a budget and are buying a phone outright, this is an excellent choice.

This is a great phone for the price. And IMO the best phone Virgin mobile uses that's not a G6, G7 or the last two iphones. Keep in mind this phone is sub $200. It's very snappy. I have had no problems with it. It would have gotten 5 stars from me but it doesn't allow you (as of yet) to move apps to your sdcard. That's a real bummer. Only allows pictures, movies, and files.

My LG Volt died so i needed a new phone. I researched online and this seemed to be the best upgrade from the volt. This phone is great! The camera offers tons of effects, modes and i can even adjust the settings like a dslr camera! The battery lasts all day. My brother has a galaxy edge and this j7 lasts longer on a charge then that phone which cost 4 times as much! This is a great phone for anyone who wants a phone with all the features without a ridiculous cost. Buy this phone and use the $600 more you would have spent on a edge and take a vacation!

I love it. it works as well as my S5 or S6 great battery time, speed, capacity, graphics, picture, form, function, layout, touchscreen!!! heck I bought 3 of them.

Was looking for a new phone, preferably a Samsung Galaxy, as I love my Galaxy tablet. Found this phone on sale, and jumped at the chance for Galaxy phone. I have no complaints about this phone whatsoever! Nice amount of internal memory, and it can use up to a 128gb SD card. Fast, love the size. I've had absolutely no problems with this phone in the month that I've had it.

This phone is all I need for my daily use. Easy to use. I like the slightly larger size because the keyboard is also slightly larger. Easy to use, functional. Great camera.
