The Visible+ Plan is a no contract plan that includes unlimited nationwide calling and texting from the U.S. to Mexico & Canada with unlimited data on Verizon's 4G LTE and 5G network (available on select devices with 5G access). Visible plans are ONLY available online as they are a digital only carrier. When the Verizon network experiences congestion after your 50GB premium data and hotspot, speeds may be slowed. This plan costs $45 per month, which includes all taxes and fees. Normal download speeds range between 5-12 Mbps, normal upload speeds range between 2-5 Mbps. Mobile hotspot is included with this plan (Up to 5 Mbps). Got it free with my new mobile phone, and can have a monthly subscription of unlimited data. But need to create an account on the visible website to activate the SIM card, which is inconvenient.

A little difficult to set up, but got good reception once we got it working (in the U.S.). Wasn't able to get it to work in Mexico though.

Nice service, but the 5g wasn't fast as expected. The configuration was nice.

Visible cellular service is okay, however, you can’t return the product to bestbuy once purchased, even unopened one! And I learned about that when came to BestBuy store for return. Wasted time. Please, be aware about that.

Visible has done nothing but improve since I first tried their service. They work of the Verizon towers. They have added more international features and more recently added faster hotspot connection and higher international data allowances. If you are able to get a promo for 35 per month as long as you continue paying for the service or the newly instituted yearly plan that discounts visible+ to 32 you get unbeatable service. Only con is their customer service is not as great as others such as US mobile.

Terrible experience. I didn't get prepaid service. The sim would not activate without a credit card number. The credit card got charged and I paid another $45. Best Buy should remove this item and not offer it for sale.

Total ripoff , not able to activate the service. No help. Asking me to pay for the service again even after buying prepaid service.Please read reviews from other sources before buying this item, otherwise will regret.

Worst customer service. Activation procress is difficult. If we miss follow the instructions for activation, we cant do the process again. We need to buy new sim only. Dont go for visible. Had very horrible experience from visible. I threw the SIM finally. It s not even eligible for a single star.

They only have chat support and wait times are high, while your phones screen keeps turning off so it easy to miss the chat connection. You must have Wifi to setup bring your own phone. The service can only be installed via the Visible App-no APN settings. Did not get data until I updated the phones Android software. Activation can only happen if the app is successful in identifying your address otherwise keep trying until it works. I choose a new number and had to go thru 4 numbers before the address portion worked. Right after I purchased this prepaid card for hm delivery, Best Buy was out of stock online. Give yourself plenty of time to do the setup.

There's a reason they offer access to the Verizon network at such a low cost. Look, it's possible you can do everything without customer service and never have any issues. However, it is more likely you'll run into one of many issues that have plagued the service over the past 6 months for me. 1. Network glitches. It's just random that their system will crash and then you'll get caught up and left without service. It's because of the software and how they access the Verizon network. Without getting too technical, it's basically like they get logged out and they have to reset their apple ID or Google account. 2. Chat service. The only way you communicate with anyone is via chat service online. Tough to do when you lose service or have an issue. Or broke your phone and need to switch from esim to physical sim. 3. Number porting. Lost my number for 12 days. This can happen anywhere. I thought having Verizon would make the port easier. 4. Unlocked phones. They don't accept all unlocked phones, even if they work on Verizon. It's possible to activate on for example, a Google pixel and then switch your aim card. One time I did that and was flagged for fraud and had to deal with customer service via chat. What a pain. Hope this helps. Just don't do it.

$45 dollar plan has taxes included and fast data. Not deprioritized until 50gb. And hotspot is great at a constant 5gbps. $30 plan is more so for younger kids it seems. Good reception. Decent speeds. But soon as you get close to urban areas it seems to get deprioritized
